FP3+ hang up after 10 seconds when I entered the unlock code after OTA update from 1.2 R dev to 1.3 R dev

Summary
I've had the /e/ OS version e-1.2-r-20220727206630-dev-FP3 installed. After the /e/ OS OTA update to version e-1.3-r-20220826212931-dev-FP3 the phone freezes before I entered the unlock password completely. I needed to remove the battery. After that every time I entered the unlock password and waited 10 seconds the phone freezes and turn into black. Then I have to remove the battery again to reboot the phone.
The problem
- Turn the FP3+ on.
- Enter the SIM PIN.
- Enter the unlock password to access the phone.
- Wait 10 seconds, then the smartphone freezes.
- Only the battery removal helps to restart the phone.
What is the current behavior?
Smartphone freezes after 10 seconds of the login when I entered the unlock password and turn into black.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Normal working phone without freezes and hang ups.

I have non. If you have a tip to install the previous /e/ OS version 1.2 R dev via adb commands that would be really helpful. Or you have a tip to make the /e/ OS 1.3 R dev image running without reinstalling.
