App shortcuts in Bliss vanished with v1.2 update

Summary

As stated in the title: with the update to v1.2 all app shortcuts created from the Browser and PWAs vanished. This leads as well to the curious situation to have Bliss folders with a single app icon in it (see picture below)

The problem

In my case:

• Beryllium with e.1.1-q
• updating it to 1.2

What is the expected correct behaviour?

Updating an e-version should neither lead to the disappearance of shortcuts nor should it be possible to have app folders in Bliss with a single app icon in it.
