PWA disappeared

Summary

All progressive web apps suddenly disappeared after App Lounge having trouble fetching the apps.

Steps to reproduce

Difficult to reproduce, since the App Lounge bug was exceptional.

What is the current behavior?

All PWA are gone, but App Lounge considers them as installed.

What is the expected correct behavior?

You should see the PWA on the launcher as usual.
