Problem with SIM card (Proximus Belgium)
Summary
The device does not detect my Proximus SIM card at all, the PIN code is not even asked.
In Settings there is an option called "prefered network type" which is disabled with the message "Invalid Network Mode (-1). Ignore.". There is also "Base band version" -> "Unknown".
I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 (A5Y17LTE)

Possible fixes
It seems that LineageOS 14.x does not use the latest Samsung firmware correctly (September 2018).
