Set battery charge limit in system settings

[Feature Request] Include a function to set the maximum amount of time the battery can be charged.

I would like to have this feature built in to extend the life of my battery. To achieve this, I would like to be able to specify that the battery can be charged to a maximum of 80%.

Perhaps the following app could be built into the system settings: Battery Charge Limit (stops charging at a desired battery level). https://f-droid.org/packages/com.slash.batterychargelimit/
