Advanced privacy blocks Microsoft SSO - bug or intentionally?

Summary

Apps (and also the browser), the whole OS, cannot resolve login.microsoftonline.com with advanced privacy enabled. So some apps that use it for login (Teams, Outlook, Condeco for instance) consequently don't work.

This seems to be related to advanced privacy. When it is disabled the resolution works and apps can authenticate or the browser loads the page.
