Apps update installation and update chopped (RFE)

The problem

Installing/Updating any app appear with very choppy animation, when it's jumps from 20~30% download to installing status, then done "open" In most cases, the animation hand between statuses, which confuse the user since it unclear what is the current status of the installation.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The animation of each stage during the installation should be followed with clear progress from 1 to 100% (even if it's fast, 1 sec duration) and smoothly switch from one status (stage) to another (Downloading, installing, verification etc...). It will make the user experience pleasant, and clear to user.
