GS290 - this phone does not have a notification light, but all options for configuring the notification light are available in the menu :settings> apps&notification> notifications> advanced> notification light. This makes people think there is a notification light.

Fairphone 4 - this phone does not have a notification light, but if you use the search bar in settings and search for "notification light" there are options available, which makes people think there is a notification light.
