Samsung Tab6 WiFi - No password for decryption when booting the device...

The problem

1. Turn off the encrypted Samsung Tab6 WiFi (eOS1.1)
2. Start the Samsung Tab 6 WiFi
3. The "encrypted" device does not require a password when booting. There is no password request. Even a set pattern query does not occur. The device starts up like an unencrypted device!

What is the expected correct behavior?

The switched off device should request a password or pattern when booting. After that it should continue the boot process.
