Device update to /e/ OS 1.1 fails on 2e. It might be related to the /e/ recovery, as the recovery shows: version: 0.17
The problem
Steps to reproduce
Download 1.1 from system > updates . Start the installation
What is the current behavior?
Installation fails with below screen:
following error is returned:
E: Footer is wrong
Update package verification took 0.0 s (result 1)
E:Signature verification failed
E: error 21
Installation aborted.
On each attempt I clear the cache and I re-download the update suggesting I am not attempting to repeatedly install a corrupt download.
The phone has the most recent update showing/e/OS/1.0-20220526188859
What is the expected correct behavior?
Installation should complete succesfully.
