Apps are not updating automatically neither over 4G nor over Wifi

related post: I noted a change of behavior from V. 1.0 to v. 1.1. however it's not fixed: https://community.e.foundation/t/apps-app-apps-are-downloading-and-updating-automatically-on-4g-network/42362 I know I'm supposed to provide logs but I'm sure you'll manage without.
