Apply eOS-icon for Maps across the system

Summary

The icon we defined for /e/OS Maps should be used everywhere accross the OS, not only on the Launcher.

Description

What is the current behavior?

On Launcher the the /e/OS-specific icon designed for /e/OS Maps is being used for the application.
But in other places in /e/OS, it's the Magic Earth icon that is being used!

What is the improved behavior?

The icon we defined for /e/OS Maps is used everywhere within the OS: in the settings, in the notifications, in authorization management, in Recents...
