Advanced Privacy widget does not update if advance privacy turns off automatically

Summary

If advanced privacy turns off automatically due to some issue the widget does not get updated.

Steps to reproduce

turn on advanced privacy from the widget
Reproduced along with this issue - reproduced along with this issue #5672 (closed) , or maybe a similar case where advanced privacy turns off automatically.

What is the current behavior?

Toggle in Settings > Advanced Privacy gets updated but the widget is not updated

What is the expected correct behavior?

Both advanced privacy widget and in settings should show identical behavior.
