[Meta] Propose a desktop mode

Summary

Switch to desktop mode when an external display is plugged or at user initiative.

Description

What is the feature?

This enable multi windowing of android apps and new app launcher

Who will use this new feature?

/e/ users that want to use their phone as a primary device and no desktop OS anymore.

Why these users would like to use this feature?

THis feature is not widespread in the the current android phones ( mainly samsung propose it) , it would be a "killer feature" that could drain people to /e/ OS

Examples

When you plug the phone on an external display , it switch the windows manager to a different one more suitable for using with a keyboard and mouse. At first it would be only the android apps that would be ran into their own separate windows.

In a second step, we could think of running GNU/Linux apps through some LXC containers.
