Advanced Privacy: Tor connection lost multiple times per day, requires re-boot to fix

When selecting a given country in My internet activity must appear from: and the device stays offline for a few hours, Advanced Privacy is unable to connect to Tor to hide the IP address. I always notice this when I wake up in the morning and my phone was offline for the time I slept. While turning IP hiding off and on again doesn't help, re-booting the device temporarily fixes this.
