Can only charge slowly since v1.0 on Nord 5G (avicii)

Summary

Since updating to v1.0 charging is affected. Using standard OnePlus wall charger, phone now only charges in slow mode.

Plug phone into standard wall charger.

The only charging mode possible is slow, rapid charging does not happen any more.

Behaviour under all previous versions was to default to rapid charging with the standard OnePlus wall charger.

Can't logcat and charge from the wall charger at the same time.
