App lounge, Update all button is clickable even when no updates are available

Summary

Update all button in the updates tab is clickable even when no updates are available, turns to grey when we click on it.

The problem

Steps to reproduce

• Go to updates tab in App lounge
• Update all the applications in app lounge (make sure no updates are left) and All apps are up-to-date.
• Check if Update all button on the top right is Blue and clickable, clicking on it turns it into grey.
• Close and re open app lounge updates tab and issue the button is clickable again.

What is the current behavior?

Update all button is blue and clickable when no updates are available.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should be greyed out and not clickable when there are no updates available.
