Auto configure account in mail app

Summary
~Mail app should able to auto discover & configure murena.io, e.email , eeo.one accounts from the server. Configuration should not hard-coded in the app itself & auto-configure should work.

Steps to reproduce
From setup wizard or ecloud widget sets up a murena.io account, then opening ~Mail app.
What is the current behavior?
murena.io email account is not automatically added in mail app.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Mail app is able to auto discover murena.io mail configuration.
