T2e no cell network with Orange French carrier(Sosh)
Summary
When I use a sosh carrier on my T2e device I dont have any network (phone, sms and data). Similar issue had been solved with the FP4 see https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/backlog/-/issues/4512
The problem
Steps to reproduce
Have a sosh or ornage carrier and boot the device.
What is the current behavior?
No cell network.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Have an active cell network.
