Bliss - widget page - nagivation bar issue

Summary

When scrolling up and down content on the Bliss widget page, the navigation bar is transparent. The issues always appears - with the tiny navigation bar in Gesture navigation, as well as 2-botton or 3-button navigation.
Ideally, content should hide behind the navigation elements.
