Summary

The Message App widget does not scroll and is unreadable if dark theme is on.

The problem

With dark theme on the widget font color changes and the background color does not. Steps to reproduce

With light theme on, place the Messaging widget on the home screen. The message list is readable, but will not scroll. Turn on dark theme and the message list is unreadable. May need to reboot to activate the theme. Tested on Bliss and Ruthless Launchers. :Correction scrolling does work with Ruthless launcher. **What is the current behavior?**
