install Microsoft phone link on a Windows 11 PC + on an /e/ phone

What is the current behavior?

Microsoft phone link does not work well: CAlling via the Windows app does not work. Also, sms + pictures don't sync well. THe phone keeps trying to connect but appears to fail in doing so.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should be possible to place calls from the PC with this app, which is very handy.
