FP4 camera ID3 unnecessary possible improvement

Summary

In the camera app (the fork of open camera), when switching the rear cameras, three camera IDs are listed (ID:0 ID:2 and ID:3). However the ID:0 and ID:3 seem to be the same.

Consequently, when switching cameras it is always necessary to skip the ID3 when toggling between the normal and the ultra wide camera.

The ID3 is getting removed

What does it bring?

No confusion for new users anymore and easier toggling.
