Summary

Account manager computes the cloud server only when we open the specific server session. This value should be computed when the user ends to fill his username.

Steps to reproduce

Register an eeo.one account with username and password and trying to connect

What is the current behavior?

Account manager is not able to connect because it uses the wrong cloud server which is the default one ecloud.global.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should use https://eeo.one server
