Replace A-GPS SUPL server

Summary

GPS is using A-GPS to speed up access to satelitte position and data, which is using an internet service called "SUPL" AFAIK the SUPL server is hardcoded in Android and is actually... supl.google.com

Description

Remove dependency to Google services as much as possible for privacy purpose

Need to find where it's hardcoded in Android source code.

Need to find possible alternative (we could probaly have at least a proxy)
