Add option to add repos as in F-Droid and Aurora-Droid apps

What is the feature?

App Lounge seems to be on the way to become the app store on a phone with /e/OS. I want to suggest the option to add repos as in the F-Droid and Aurora-Droid apps.

Who will use this new feature?

Users who use apps that are not in F-Droid but provide their own repos.

Additionally users who use the IzzyOnDroid repo to get updates at once from e.g. github instead of waiting for the updates in F-Droid.

Why these users would like to use this feature?

No need for other (in some means buggy) app stores as Aurora-Droid or F-Droid.
