Many builds are showing the option to use SD card as phone storage despite the support been dropped.

Summary

In many builds on SD card setup and Format screen, the option to User for extra phone storage and Format as internal are shown respectively.

The problem

SD card support as internal storage/ phone storage is dropped and ideally it should be grayed out or not shown at all. #2610 (closed)

Steps to reproduce

• Have a phone with Q or Q+ based build
• Insert an SD Card inside the phone
• Select Setup SD card from the Notifications panel
• You will see an option to use if for extra phone storage.
• Go to Settings >> Storage and check the format screen.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The option to use SD card as extra phone storage or internal storage should not be available.
