App Lounge - search query too loaded

Summary

It is very good that the indications for "Open Source" and "PWA" appear as well in seach queries. Like this users can look out for those apps if they like.

The downside of this decision show the screenshot below (FP3, large font size) the query is pretty crowded. Eventually, one more query line per app could be useful for better readability.
