Regression: Network and Internet settings crash

Summary

"Settings" > "Network and Internet" crashes if 2 sim cards are in the phone. This is a regression introduced in the latest update from 17.02.2022

The problem

The phone does not need to be restarted to reproduce the app crash between sim card changes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Insert 2 sim cards into the device (OnePlus 5t)
2. Open up settings > "Network and Internet
3. It crashes

What is the current behavior?

Setting page is unavailable due to the crashing. If the exact setting is known it might be accessible via the search function.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Not to crash
