Steps to reproduce

• Go to Settings > Display > Styles & wallpapers
• Edit or create a new style
• Only the default blue color is available

What is the current behavior?

Only the default blue color can be selected

What is the expected correct behavior?

Before the 0.22 update (in 0.21), several colors were available.

I tried modifying "accent color" in developer settings, but the option is not present.
