USB connected device controls the USB behaviour of the FP3, not the other way around!

place any make of USB stick in the FP3

What is the current behaviour?

A USB memory stick is inserted, the device takes a while to recognise the stick, then it shows the device is charging the stick. using the USB controls are of no use, unable to toggle off charging and unable to toggle let this device (FP3) control USB, it always toggles back to connected device controls USB. "use USB for" always shows no data transfer option highlighted, and unable to toggle any other option, but data transfer is available.

What is the expected correct behaviour? allow the phone to control the inserted USB stick, not the other way around.
