[CONTACTS] Assign contacts to SIM card when using 2 SIM on a phone
Summary
When creating or maintaining a contact in the Contact apps, we give the option to assign the contact to a specific SIM when 2 SIM cards are in the phone. This way, if a user has a personal SIM and a professional SIM, he can assign his personal contacts to his personal SIM, and his professional contacts to his professional SIM.
