SIM not detected SM-G960F after OTA Upgrade

Migrated SM-G960F from stable 0.17-o-20210531117530 to stable 0.21-q-2022020158537 (is that the correct syntax for /e/ versions ?)

I used the “Settings → System updates” menu pick an available update, clicked on the update item and let the upgrade perform, including a reboot.

Since the upgrade reboot, the SIM isn't detected anymore.

Same behaviour with another SIM and this SIM works on another device. Reboot doesn't change behaviour, nor does toggling "airplane" mode.

Wi-Fi works. Bluetooth, formerly perfectly satisfactory, is now unstable during Whatsapp calls - the headset drops from the call, to come back a dozen seconds later (and flaps again later), which of course makes it unusable… But that’s another matter.
