OnePlus Nord (Avicii) - BT problem with Spotify

Summary
The bluetooth connection between the vehicle and the phone is perfect.
However two problems remain:

With Spotify, the update of the titles is not done (but the steering wheel controls (next/previous) work). As soon as the first music ends or you change music voluntarily, the display remains stuck on the first music. BUT, the new song is played without any problem. This problem happens very rarely with other applications, especially podcasts (AntennaPod), but it is very very rare.

With Spotify, there are regularly micro-cuts in the sound, lasting a few seconds. But the song continues (without sound). Update : sometimes with any app, When you turn on the screen, it causes this sound cut.
This problem does not exist with an S8 and a gigaset GS290 and with ohter devices without e (under android or iOS)
