Bootloop after factory reset

Summary

When a user wants to reset the device, the device reboot into a bootloop

Steps to reproduce

Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset)

What is the current behavior?

The device reboot (that's normal), but there is a bootloop.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The device reboot on /e/, and display the First Time Setup Wizard

Relevant logs and/or screenshots

Possible fixes

A fix at the moment is to boot once on the recovery (Power + Volume up + Bixby). Into TWRP, select Reboot and System. The device reboot on /e/ and display the First Time Setup Wizard.
