What is the current behavior?
Pioneer was returned to stock android 9, both slots, and installed with the 13 Jan 22 test build for 0.21-r. Booted up nicely but no calls can be made. When placing a call in phone app it responds as if aeroplane mode is on. I first heard of this issue recently with another XA2 user on the forum who is running the official dev version 0.20q. We both experience the same issue. In previous test sessions for pioneer 0.20-q is the version I did not get to test.
APN's are not the issue here. I have three devices on the same carrier and know the settings, as does the guy on the forum.

I will probably try the 0.20-q on device after testing is complete for the R version and obviously I would be happy to try out any fixes eTeam might suggest.
