Google apps found in /e/ system on Essential PH-1 (mata)

The problem

Three google apps are present on the device as system apps. The package names are: com.android.hotwordenrollment.okgoogle, com.android.hotwordenrollment.tgoogle & com.android.hotwordenrollment.xgoogle

I became aware of this after reading a forum post where another user had noticed google apps on a new installation on a OnePlus 7T hotdogb.
