Issue with changing system language

(Issue title)

Issue with changing system language

Summary

When changing the system language (Settings > System > Languages&Input > Languages): The laguage of menues are changed but the system app names are not (such as Calculator, Recorder, Clock). Although, app names remain in the old language, the dialogue language of those apps is already the new language. The only way to force the changing of system apps names is to reboot the system.

Another curiosity:

  • When I have preset three system languages (example: DE,EN,FR) and I change the system language. the system app names remain unchanged.
  • When I change the system language a second time the system apps take the language of the first change.
  • When I change the system language a third time the system apps take the language of the second change.

Example: System dialogue system language language app names
DE DE in DE
new: EN EN in DE new: FR FR in EN new: DE DE in FR

Device used: Santoni

Steps to reproduce

Explained in the section above.

What is the current behavior?

see Summary section

What is the expected correct behavior?

When system language is changed

  • ...the new language should be applied to dialogues
  • ...the new language should be applied to the system app names as well. This should happen with no delay and without a reboot
