bootloop after factory reset

Summary

Bootloop after factory reset. I saw some TWRP script after first automatic restart, but then only bootloop.

The only thing what I did, I inserted a 64 GB microSD card and used it AS adoptable storage (which works) and installed some apps.

Since then I'm not able to make /e/os work again... even when wiping everything in TWRP and doing a fresh installation, I'm getting bootloops and additional error messages like "android.process.media has been stopped" and many more

I used twrp-3.5.2_9-1-jflte.img
