The problem

Steps to reproduce

• activate mobile data (4G at me) only, disable WiFi
• get Browser ready in background, load any webpage
• make a call to a party (/e/Dialer and Simple dialer used)
• wait for the connection
• switch to the Browser during the call and reload the page

What is the current behavior?

• data goes silent
• the icon in the notification bar changes: 4G is dismissed
• quick action tile for data is still on
• the Browser reloads webpage from cache and displays 'Offline' notification.
• after the call is finished, data goes live, 4G icon is back and Browser reports to be online again.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Mobile data is not affected by any call.
