Steps to reproduce

• Set the “Fast charge” setting to "disabled" (Settings>batttery>Fast charge)
• Change the “Color profile” setting (Settings>Display>LiveDisplay>Color profile) to "Normal" for example
• Reboot the phone
• Check the "Fast Charge" setting
• Check the Color profile" setting

What is the current behavior?

Both settings are reset after a phone reboot:

• the "Fast charge" setting is reset to "enabled" (default value)
• the "Color profile" setting is reset to "adaptive" (default value)

What is the expected correct behavior?

Both settings should not be reset after a phone reboot.
