TWRP can not be updated with the app: bad play store link

Summary

In the TWRP app, the update does not work. It displays button PLAY STORE. Clicking it results in an error no such app found.

Of course, there is no play store app.

I have TWRP twrp-3.2.3-0-falcon.img 9.4M 2018-07-29 14:34:10 EDT.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It downloads and install the latest version of TWRP.
