Impossible to change a Notification permission in Browser

Summary

Reported by a customer. It's not possible to change a given permission for any website. If the notification permission was allowed or denied, you have to delete the permission, and ask for it again in order to change it.

The problem

Steps to reproduce

  • Open Browser
  • Go to https://www.bennish.net/web-notifications.html
  • Click on "Authorize"
  • When the pop up asks for the notification permission, click either allow or deny
  • Go to Browser > Settings > Sites settings > Notifications
  • You can't change the previously given permission, only delete it.

What is the current behavior?

The notification permission can't be switched.

What is the expected correct behavior?

We should be able to change our mind and modify the permission without requesting it again.
