Sync arrows are rotating in the wrong direction

Summary

In the account sync for an ecloud account within the OS account manager, the rotating arrow turns in the opposite direction vs its shape.
Maybe a 0.18 regression

The problem

Steps to reproduce

Open Settings > Accounts > /e/ account > Account Sync > press the 3 dot menu in top right corner > press "Sync now"

What is the current behavior?

The arrow rotate left to right

What is the expected correct behavior?

Either change the arrow, or have it rotate right to lfet
