"Notification Access" setting for Bliss Launcher set to "Not Allowed" as default

  • /e/ version: 0.18 R 20210901
  • Device model(s): mata
  • Device rooted: no

Summary

Settings - Apps & notifications - Advanced - Special app access - Notification access - Bliss Launcher is set to Not Allowed by default on freshly updated OS

The problem

What is the current behavior?

This means that notification dots on app icons do not happen by turning on the setting at: Settings - Apps & notifications - Notifications - Advanced - Notification dot on app icon.

However if the Notification access for Bliss is set to Allowed notification dots will happen.

Furthermore, in the case where Notification access is Allowed and Notification dot on app icon is toggled off; notification dots still happen.

What is the expected correct behavior?

User should be able to go to Settings - Apps & notifications - Notifications - Advanced - Notification dot on app icon to toggle this feature on and off.
