MicroG shows 'Tap to install EN'

  • /e/ version: e-0.18-r-20210917135859-test-suzuran (This is an Android R test build)
  • Device model(s): suzuran
  • Device rooted: no

Summary

After installing Exposure notifications, EN Framework is present and working, but the MicroG Settings dialog still shows the 'Tap to add support for Exposure Notifications' link. Tapping it opens Apps, and shows that Microg is installed (the button shows 'Open' rather than 'Install'

The problem

Steps to reproduce

On a device with EN Frameworks not installed

  • Open Settings | System | MicroG
  • Select 'Tap to add support for Exposure Notifications' link. Apps opens and finds the EN update (May take one or two attempts)
  • Install the EN Update
  • Install an app which uses EN (e.g. UK NHS Covid app) and run it to enable/use EN
  • Open Settings | System | MicroG - shows shows correct version (without noen) and Exposure notfications 'On' but the 'Tap to add support for Exposure Notifications' link is still present and active: pressing it shows Apps, with the button now showing 'Open' instead of 'Install'

Expected behaviour: Link should either not be present, or should be inactive / greyed out
