Screenshots cannot be taken in Browser App when incognito mode is active

The problem

1. Open Browser app
2. Ensure that incognito mode is activated
   • ... Either per default via Goto Setting / Privacy and Security -> Open links in incognito mode tabs always
   • ... or open a "new incognito tab"
3. Try to take a screenshot. In normal mode, screenshots are allowed, in incognito mode, the following notification was created (received from "System"):
   • Subject: Couldn't save screenshot
   • Body: Taking screenshots isn't allowed by the app or your organisation

What is the current behavior?

Screenshots cannot be taken in browser app (especially when using "incognito mode" per default)

What is the expected correct behavior?

I assume screenshots should always be allowed independently from incognito mode. Alternative: Provide an additional setting to allow screenshots in incognito mode
