App-specific problem under r/beta - Corona Contact Tracing Germany app

Summary

I am using the de-googled version of the Official Corona Contact Tracing Germany app (from F-Droid.. The app worked well under Q, but under R/beta there is a small but important details that does not work anymore. While setting up the app, it requests additional permissions, this is impossible to grant under R/beta (the relevant windows to grand permission does not open). For now, the app can only be used without its key feature.
