Add Redmi 4 markw to Official Support list

Work on adding the Xiaomi Redmi 4 markw to the officially supported list.

We have a ROM Maintainer @Core.entin

@merothh we will work with @Core.entin and check the feasibility of adding this device to the officially supported list
