Remove User forum link from Mail Settings

Summary

We want to remove the link to the K9mail forum from settings

What is the current behavior?

The Mail > Settings > User forum link redirects users to the K9mail forum

What is the improved behavior?

Remove this Setting entry

What does it bring?

Better consistency (we will probably do something similar in the future, but in all applications)
